Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on change of mind orders due to the nature of the product. We abide by all your statutory rights as set out by Australian Consumer Law and are contactable at sales@maccaswebsite.com.au for any questions relating to this.

Macca's Seasoning Rubs is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days.

Shipping and Delivery Policy
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Young, NSW. We use Australia Post to send your order so we can send to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. Orders are shipped within 48 hours and tracking will be sent to the email provided with the order.
We have 2 flat rate shipping options available:
Regular Post $12
Express Post $15
